Elizabeth is a Corporate Solicitor at Greene & Greene Solicitors and has a First-Class Masters degree in Law. Elizabeth is extremely personable and has a great deal of commercial exposure behind her as a result of acting for a variety of businesses and organisations across the region, ranging from large companies and professional partnerships, to sole traders and small family run outfits. Elizabeth advises on many business issues, including corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, director and shareholder relations, commercial contracts & transactions, and corporate constitutional issues.
