I’m an ambitious, hardworking and self-motivated marketing professional with over 14 years of experience. I have planned and implemented successful multi-channel B2C and B2B campaigns for a variety of sectors including health & social care, food retail, security services, funeral services and travel.
I have a proven track record of generating impressive ROI figures with minimal budgets and enjoy managing & delivering challenging projects.
I launched Moxie in January 2022, supporting businesses large and small with marketing strategies, social media management, campaign planning & execution, brand development, digital advertising, web design and everything in between!
Prior to launching Moxie, I headed up the marketing & communications team for the largest care provider in Essex - ECL (Essex Cares Ltd). Some of my proudest achievements whilst working at ECL included:
- Launching ECLs brand new private pay business ECL Care Solutions, which included brand development, brand building activity and acquisition campaign
- Implementing a brand new CRM across all services at ECL
- In 2021 I planned and implemented ECL’s private pay campaign for their Older People services resulting a 313% increase in enquiries, generating £130k income and 564% ROI
- Launching ECL's Inclusive Employment service for young adults with learning disabilities and autism
Prior to working at ECL, I was the marketing manager for the East of England Co-op, managing campaigns for their food retail division, security services, travel agencies, funeral services, opticians and pharmacies. Some of my achievements at the East of England Co-op included:
- Led on the launch of East of England Co-op’s B2B security service, Co-op Secure Response
- Developed brand building campaigns for Co-op Secure Response during the first year of trading, contributing to a £1million turnover
- Achieved £1million target for the first time for the East of England Co-op’s Sourced Locally Fortnight campaign.
- Delivered successful part funded mailer with Jet2Holidays only using £1,920 of the Travel marketing budget and achieving £81,710 in total sales, resulting in +578% ROI
In my spare time I love to travel and enjoy taking my dog for walks along the Essex and Suffolk coastline.
