Three parliamentary contenders for the Ipswich seat – Chris Mole (Labour), Ben Gummer (Conservative) and Mark Dyson (Lib Dem) - will be facing the audience along with Duncan Brodie, business editor of the East Anglian Daily Times and Julie West, who as chief executive of Tastes of Anglia is the voice of regional food and drink producers. In true “Question Time” style, the panellists have no prior knowledge of the questions. The debate is being chaired by experienced broadcaster and independent facilitator, Rachel Sloane. Doors open at 12.30 at Trinity Park on 28th April and it’s first come, first served for ISSBA and Chamber of Commerce members. If you can’t get a seat, then all’s not lost because the debate is also being relayed live into the main exhibition hall.
