What we can and can’t do

ISSBA is a membership organisation and we provide various opportunities for members to promote their organisations such as our online directory, member of the month feature, speaker slots at events and blog page. This said, we do not endorse, regulate or audit our members’ services and are therefore unable to get involved in any disputes involving products or services purchased from our members. We encourage anyone using the services of one of our members (past or present) to do their own due diligence.

Current, paid up ISSBA members are permitted to use the ISSBA logo and mention their membership of the organisation as part of their marketing. As above though, this does not mean that we endorse, regulate or audit their services.

However, in accordance with the ISSBA Constitution, the committee shall have power to expel any member who shall offend against the Constitution of the Association or whose conduct, in the opinion of the Committee, render that member unfit.

Complaints will always remain confidential unless we are legally obligated to share information with a third party such as a relevant authority.
