As Director of Psynergy Consulting, I apply my expertise in business psychology and human resources to help organisations achieve their goals through transformational change. I have over 20 years of experience in delivering organisational design, leadership development, and large-scale business transformation projects for multi-site organisations that have grown fast through mergers and acquisitions. I am studying for my Doctoral qualification in Occupational Psychology, hold Chartered Fellow status with the CIPD, and Fellow status with the ABP. My passion lies in supporting forward-thinking organisations to enhance their performance, culture, and wellbeing.
